Senior Software Engineer

About the role

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help build the future of AI for financial services. You'll work across the entire stack to build products used by banks, credit unions, and lenders every day. From designing intuitive user experiences to building scalable backend systems and AI-powered workflows, you'll own features from idea to production and have a direct impact on our customers.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and ship full-stack features.
• Own work from concept to production, making thoughtful technical and product decisions along the way.
• Build modern frontend experiences with React, Next.js, and scalable backend services.
• Develop AI-powered workflows, automations, and integrations with the systems our customers rely on.
• Integrate with CRMs, loan origination systems, core banking platforms, and third-party data providers.
• Support customer onboarding, debug issues, and turn feedback into product improvements.
• Improve the reliability, performance, and scalability of our platform as we continue to grow.
• Leverage AI tools to move faster while maintaining a high bar for quality / engineering excellence.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of experience building production software, preferably at an early-stage startup.
• Strong experience with Node, TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, and K8.
• Experience designing and building APIs, databases, and scalable distributed systems.
• Strong product instincts and the ability to take a half-formed problem and figure out the right shape before someone hands you a spec.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with customers.
• Leverage AI tools with opinions about where they help and where they don't.

Pay

Salary range for this role is $200,000 - $250,000 per year.
