What You'll Do

• Build backend logic, agents, services, and APIs that integrate, transform, and analyze structured and semi-structured data from multiple sources to implement workflows and surface insights
• Work directly with stakeholders across the firm to translate business processes and workflows into well-architected greenfield technical implementations
• Provide technical leadership in data and AI systems and review code across applications to uphold standards for quality, security, and maintainability
• Develop comprehensive application testing frameworks and evaluation infrastructure that make non-deterministic systems reliable and trustworthy
• Design the data architecture (databases, models, and pipelines) that unify disparate systems of record into something applications and agents can reason over
• Produce and maintain clear technical documentation as systems evolve
