Senior Software Engineer
Based in Warminster, PA, we are a growing construction company that has been in business for over 30 years. We are looking for a proven Web Developer to help build our custom CRM/operating system by the end of the year.
About the role
We are looking for a proven Engineer to help design, build, and evolve the next generation of our internal operating system. This is not a traditional software development/IT position. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving business problems through technology and can combine software architecture, artificial intelligence, systems integration, automation, and application development into one scalable platform.
Working alongside executive leadership and our internal Production Manager, you will help transform the way our company operates by developing a unified operating system that supports Business Development, Estimating, Production, Accounting, Permitting & Job Compliance, and Executive Reporting. This role requires onsite work in Warminster, PA and the project must be completed by the end of the year.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and evolve a custom CRM/operating system
- Solve business problems through technology by integrating software architecture, AI, systems integration, automation, and application development
- Develop a unified platform supporting Business Development, Estimating, Production, Accounting, Permitting & Job Compliance, and Executive Reporting
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Web Developer or Software Engineer
- Ability to work onsite in Warminster, PA
- Willingness to complete the project by the end of the year
