Senior Software Engineer

About the role

The Role Design, build, and support systems that implement investment decisions
Collaborate with a strong team to deliver high-quality solutions in a timely manner
Design and implement software components and applications across the full stack
Influence architecture and drive technical decisions, balancing immediate delivery with long-term platform health
Partner with business teams, project managers, and systems analysts to define requirements, specifications, and test plans
Support the full delivery lifecycle from design to production support

Responsibilities

• Design and develop durable and impactful software solutions
• Exposure to AI-driven agentic engineering practices
• Familiarity with SDLC tools including JIRA/Linear, Git, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, VS Code/IntelliJ/Eclipse
• Experience with AI tools like Claude Code/GitHub Copilot, and cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure
• Proficiency in languages like Java, Python, TypeScript, and databases like Oracle/MySQL
• Excellent communication skills and commitment to working independently in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

5+ years of experience designing and developing durable and impactful software solutions

Qualifications

Exposure to AI-driven agentic engineering practices

Skills

• Experience with AI tools like Claude Code/GitHub Copilot
• Proficiency in languages like Java, Python, TypeScript
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure
