About the role
Epsilon Data Management LLC is seeking a Senior, Software Engineer to join our team. This full-time position requires working from the company office (St. Petersburg, FL) certain days per week, with telecommuting allowed for the remainder of the week.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute software tests to identify software problems and their causes.
- Analyze requirements and create test strategies and plans.
- Take end-to-end ownership of the testing lifecycle for major projects.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks using Selenium with Java and Playwright for web application testing.
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and other QA engineers to ensure test coverage, timely feedback, and defect resolution.
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and contribute to continuous quality improvements.
- Write complex database queries for data validation across SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Oracle databases.
- Create test cases, link them to user stories and bugs in ADO and JIRA, and maintain test documentation in Confluence.
- Share best practices across teams.
- Contribute to building test solutions using Playwright for UI and API testing.
- Maintain and enhance automation scripts for regression and smoke testing.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
- Two years of experience in the job offered or two years of experience in any occupation in which the required experience was gained.
- Experience in each of the following areas:
- Design and implement test automation frameworks using Java, Selenium and Playwright.
- Document test scenarios, test results, and knowledge sharing with Confluence.
- Utilize SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Oracle to write complex database queries for data validation.
- Utilize JavaScript, Automation Design, Java, Selenium, and Playwright to develop and maintain end-to-end test automation frameworks covering smoke, regression, and integration suites across multiple OEM applications.
- Utilize Azure DevOps and JIRA to manage test plans, link automation runs to user stories and bugs, CI/CD pipeline integration, defect tracking, design test strategies, identify automation candidates, and ensure traceability.
- Execute automated test runs and manage defects with ADO dashboards and CI/CD pipelines.
- Utilize Pipelines, Git, Maven to maintain reusable page objects, enhance framework utilities, integrate builds and pipeline templates for daily and scheduled runs.

Pay
USD $99,800.00 - USD $185,300.00/Annually.
