Senior Software Engineer

The Role

Lead the design and development of core roadmap features, taking ideas from 0 to 1 and scaling them in production.
Collaborate & Create: Work closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate solutions to real customer problems.
Own the Stack: Architect, build, and operate systems using TypeScript, Node.js, and React within our serverless infrastructure, owning performance, reliability, and scalability in production.
Raise the Bar: Lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and continuously push the team toward higher standards in quality, speed, and execution.
Drive Technical Decisions: Make pragmatic architectural decisions, balancing speed and long-term scalability in a fast-moving environment.
Shape the Team: Contribute to a high-performance engineering culture, bringing ideas, challenging assumptions, and helping us improve every day.

What You’ll Get
