Position Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Full Stack Developer who can effectively combine software development, solution design, technical leadership, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring while delivering complex enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Build modern, scalable, and responsive front-end applications using React JS.
- Design, optimize, and manage PostgreSQL databases and work with Amazon Redshift for data warehousing requirements.
- Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, maintainability, and security.
- Design and implement enterprise-grade integrations, including REST and SOAP APIs, FTP/SFTP integrations, ETL and data processing pipelines, Kafka-based messaging solutions, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data flow, transformation, synchronization, and integrations.
- Collaborate with multiple systems and platforms to ensure seamless enterprise connectivity.
Technical Leadership
- Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and enforce development best practices.
- Mentor and guide developers on coding standards, architecture principles, and software engineering best practices.
- Assign, monitor, and review development tasks to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Participate in architecture discussions, design workshops, and technical solution reviews.

- Backend Technologies: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture
- Frontend Technologies: React JS (Hooks, State Management, Modern Frameworks)
- Databases & Data Technologies: PostgreSQL, Amazon Redshift

- Security & Development Tools: API Security (OAuth, JWT), GitLab, JIRA, Agile Methodologies, AI-assisted Development Tools: GitHub Copilot, Windsurf
Preferred Qualification
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale applications.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and distributed systems.
- Experience with large-scale data integration and messaging platforms.
- Exposure to modern software engineering practices and DevOps methodologies.

The ideal candidate is a Senior Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React JS, PostgreSQL, Kafka, enterprise integrations, cloud technologies, and Agile delivery methodologies. The individual should be capable of leading technical implementation efforts, mentoring development teams, driving architectural discussions, and confidently engaging with clients and business stakeholders to deliver business-critical enterprise solutions.
Pay
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $73,150 to $174,000. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
