Senior Software Engineer

Basic Requirements

• Educational Background & Experience: BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 10+ years of experience.
• Skills: Strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP) and LLM; proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, SciKit, etc.; basic understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases; comfort working with LLM APIs and integrating them into applications; solid understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms; proficiency in Python is essential; C++ is valued.
• Domain Knowledge: Comfortable with analog circuits design and layout, and VLSI design flow.

Problem-Solving & Collaboration

• Ability: Work in a fast-paced research and development environment; strong analytical thinking and debugging skills; experience with rapid prototyping in open-source AI/ML projects.

Pay

The annual salary range for California is $154,000 to $286,000. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits.
