Senior Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable software systems that streamline the private investment experience.
• Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to deliver user-facing features end to end.
• Drive architectural decisions and lead key engineering projects from ideation to launch.
• Write clean, maintainable code with a focus on performance, security, and scalability.
• Mentor teammates and help shape the engineering culture as we grow the team from the ground up.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building web-based software products.
• Strong computer science fundamentals and experience designing scalable systems.
• Full-stack development experience, or deep expertise in either frontend or backend.
• Track record of driving projects independently in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in the fintech space or working on investment platforms is a plus.
• Prior experience at a fast-growing startup or on a founding engineering team is a plus.
• Exposure to building internal tools or infrastructure to improve engineering efficiency is a plus.

Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with agile methodologies and continuous integration.
• Knowledge of modern web technologies (JavaScript, React, Node.js, etc.) and databases (SQL, NoSQL).
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
