About the Role
This is an 11-month W2 contract position based in Bedminster, NJ, with a hybrid schedule requiring on-site presence 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate PI (Program Increment) Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
- Coordinate cross-functional Agile teams and manage dependencies.
- Track program risks, issues, and impediments, ensuring timely resolution.
- Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams on SAFe best practices.
- Monitor ART performance using Agile metrics (velocity, predictability, burn-up/down, flow metrics).
- Collaborate with Product Management, Architects, and Business Owners to align delivery with business goals.
- Drive continuous improvement across teams and processes.
- Prepare program status reports and communicate progress to leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Agile Project/Program Management.
- Strong experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) in SAFe environments.
- Hands-on experience facilitating PI Planning and ART ceremonies.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
- Excellent stakeholder communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.

Qualifications
- SAFe RTE or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification is preferred.
