About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Animation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real-time animation systems and will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing the systems that bring our digital worlds to life. This role requires a deep understanding of animation mathematics, performance optimization, and collaboration with creative teams.Responsibilities
- Build the systems that make characters move with personality, environments react with believability, and players connect emotionally with our digital worlds.
- Own the animation system architecture and runtime optimization.
- Develop skeletal animation, blending, and state machines.
- Create physics-based animation and procedural systems.
- Optimize animation compression and streaming.
- Integrate tools for efficient animation workflows.
