Senior Software Engineer, AI Platform

Responsibilities

• Design and build core components of the Bolt platform
• Develop tooling for reliable agentic software development
• Enhance security and data integration within the platform
• Oversee the full software delivery lifecycle from spec to deployment
• Establish high technical standards through code review and mentorship

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 5+ years building and shipping production software
• Strong system-design fundamentals and clean, testable code
• Full-stack proficiency in TypeScript, Python, and Go
• Expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD
• Proven track record in automation and process scale
• Passionate about AI development and user-centric technical decisions

$137,500 – $229,100 annually
