Senior Software Engineer, Ads Quality
About the role
This role is for an experienced engineering tech lead who can act as a vertical lead, connecting the dots across engineering, data science, product, sales, marketing, and customers to improve performance end to end.
Opportunity
Lead vertically focused quality initiatives from concept through launch, measurement, and iteration. Own problems end to end, from identifying advertiser pain points to driving cross-functional execution across the stack. Partner closely with Product, Data Science, Engineering, TPM, Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure solutions are technically strong and commercially impactful. Translate customer and market needs into product and engineering priorities. Step into ambiguous, fast-moving situations and improvise effectively when new constraints or opportunities emerge. Represent the technical and product context for key advertisers, helping internal teams and external partners align on how to improve performance. Contribute hands-on across Moloco’s stack, with exposure to areas such as bidding logic, advertiser-facing product surfaces, and quality systems. Help incubate new ideas, run experiments, and turn successful vertical learnings into scalable product capabilities. Communicate clearly and persuasively, bringing partners along the journey and building alignment across a broad set of functions.
