Senior Software Development Engineer - Workforce Integrations

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer - Workforce Integrations to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will focus on building and maintaining secure, scalable integration solutions that connect workforce systems and support reliable data flow across the organization. You will serve as a technical owner for platform integration work, partnering closely with product management, customer support, and engineering teammates to deliver high-quality software. The position also calls for a strong balance of hands-on development, architectural thinking, and cross-functional collaboration in a cloud-based environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually Responsibilities Lead platform integration efforts as a senior engineer and technical owner Design and deploy scalable cloud-based applications using C# and .NET Maintain high standards of software quality and security through code reviews Collaborate with product management and customer support to incorporate user feedback Use Scrum processes to propose technical solutions with cross-functional teams Optimize applications and infrastructure for performance and cost efficiency Mentor other engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in software design and architecture with a focus on .NET Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues Proficiency in C# and .NET Core; familiarity with Azure Cloud technologies is a plus Experience with multiple programming languages, such as Python, Go, and Erlang Knowledge of Azure DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing Familiarity with cloud security principles and best practices Benefits Culture of innovation and career progression opportunities Healthcare insurance and pension/retirement matching Comprehensive life insurance and employee assistance program Generous time-off plans and paid company holidays Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
