About the role

This position is on the Platform Enablement team, which designs, builds, and manages platform capabilities that support other services and service teams. The team operates across every engineering level of the Delinea Platform, including design, data, API, messaging, and deployment on a Kubernetes/microservice-based architecture running in Microsoft Azure.

Primarily responsible for the App Registration service, which allows all other platform services to connect to cloud providers in a secure and controlled manner. Other services include webhooks, SIEM integration, user preferences, user experience, front-end messaging, branding configuration, tenant experience, and supportability services. This team ensures the platform is supportable through self-service tools.

This role plays a key role in strengthening Delinea’s identity and access management ecosystem through high-quality engineering practices and innovation. You will report to the Director of Engineering, Platform Intelligence.

  • Practical experience integrating AI/ML systems using the Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar AI frameworks.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
  • Deep understanding of cloud security principles, identity management, and privileged access control.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor within a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with application registration, API keys, SPIFFE, or Workload Identity Federation.
  • Passion for building solutions that enable other teams and platform supportability.

  • Knowledge of observability frameworks (Datadog RUM, Grafana) for monitoring and diagnostics.
  • Prior experience in AI-enhanced security, automated policy enforcement, or data compliance management.
  • Proven success in Agile software development and continuous delivery environments.
