What You’ll Do
- Drive the design, configuration, and customization of the InvestorTools Perform platform, Credit Scope, and in-house portfolio construction applications.
- Partner closely with product owners and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, business-aligned solutions.
- Translate complex requirements into technology-ready solutions and ensure seamless implementation—either in-house or in collaboration with vendors.
- Lead testing efforts and support user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality, production-ready outcomes.
- Operate at the intersection of business and technology, combining hands-on execution with strategic oversight.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of expertise in Fixed Income Separately Managed Accounts (SMA), with proven leadership in InvestorTools Perform configuration, customization, and platform development.
- Current working experience with Schwab systems and processes.
- Recognized in-house expert driving platform capabilities across Task Scheduler, upgrades, custom reporting, and advanced business configurations for trading and portfolio workflows.
- Proactively resolves critical production issues and leads requirements gathering.
- Trusted vendor liaison and techno-functional SME, influencing product direction and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Enhance investment operations and decision-making with strong domain knowledge in municipal bond trading and SMA business processes.
- Expertise in Agile delivery with experience in developing epics, themes, user stories, and business rules.
- Advanced SQL, data analysis, and data mapping capabilities with strong data expertise.
- .NET and object-oriented programming experience with additional technical depth.
- Strong leadership presence with excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
