About the Opportunity

The Senior Software Developer role is integral to advancing the platform's capabilities. This position involves full-stack development, architectural influence, and ownership of features from conception to deployment. The role contributes by solving complex technical challenges and mentoring team members, thereby supporting the organization's mission to deliver effective software solutions to behavioral health professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain features using Angular, ASP.NET Core, C#, and PostgreSQL
• Design scalable APIs and services following service-oriented and event-driven architectures
• Participate in architectural decisions focused on performance, reliability, and maintainability
• Collaborate with engineering team through code reviews and design discussions
• Provide mentorship and support to other developers as the team expands

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years professional software development experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, preferably Computer Science or Software Engineering
• Proficiency in Angular, .NET Core, C#, TypeScript, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and modern software architecture
• Experience with API development and relational databases
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills

Pay Range and Compensation Package

Competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $135,000
