Responsibilities

• Develop the next‑gen scale‑up fabric for AI data‑centers.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software architecture and networking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong expertise in AI‑applied research.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and deliver flawless results.
• Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.
• A track record of innovation and the determination to compete at the highest level.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related area.
• Experience with large‑scale AI data‑center operations.
• Outstanding abilities in resiliency and tail‑robust training methods.
• Proven ability to generate world‑class innovations.
• Solid experience in collaborative development of AI networks within specific sectors.

Compensation

The base salary is determined by location, experience, and comparable employee pay. Salary ranges are $184,000 – $287,500 USD for Level 4 and $224,000 – $356,500 USD for Level 5. The role is also eligible for equity and benefits.
