About the role
Lead software development projects from conception to deployment, ensuring high-quality code and meeting project deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices are followed and bugs are identified early.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive project progress.
- Document code and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Skills
- Knowledge of database design and SQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Understanding of software testing methodologies and tools.
