Senior Software and System Development Engineer I

(Connected Autonomous Shared Electrification) and quality improvement. Responsibilities include conducting hands-on testing, supporting system maturation, managing supplier design and development, documenting technical activities, capturing requirements, and analyzing test results to ensure product performance. Additionally, the role involves project management, strategic planning of system architecture, and proposing innovative functions to meet market demands. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Automotive Engineering, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience. Skills required are vehicle communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet), Python scripting for test automation, and familiarity with project management tools like Jira. Work is primarily onsite, with occasional remote work possible.
