Senior Social Worker – SY 26/27
Responsibilities
- Supervise all members of the high school counseling services staff, including social workers and the behavior program specialist.
- Oversee case reviews, parent support groups, family support and education, parent conferences, interdisciplinary team meetings, liaison with community agencies, student counseling, behavior management, and appropriate clinical record keeping.
- Provide supervision and training of all related staff and ensure consistent parent communication regarding behavior programs and individual student plans.
Requirements
- Must hold a master's degree in social work, appropriate licensure and MSDE certification.
- Experience with educational settings with special needs populations and interdisciplinary teams.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in counseling or school social work, and experience implementing PBIS or other positive behavior intervention programs is required.
- An active LCSW or equivalent state licensure reflecting advanced degree is required.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience: and must maintain current licensure and certification status consistent with state and professional standards.
Qualifications

Pay
$85K - $110k, depending on experience.
