We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. We need to parse the posting: It's a Senior Social Worker job description. We need sections: maybe "About the role" (summary), "Responsibilities" (duties), "Requirements" (basic requirements), "Qualifications" (grade determinations, experience, KSAs, licensure), "Skills" (maybe KSAs), "Benefits" (Paid Time Off, Parental Leave, Child Care Subsidy, Retirement, Insurance, Telework not available, etc), "Pay" (Competitive salary and regular salary increases, above minimum rate), "Schedule" (Work Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm/7:30am-4:00pm). Also maybe "Physical Requirements" and "Work Environment" could be part of Requirements or separate? But we only have allowed headings list; we could include them under Requirements or maybe not create new headings. The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should stick to those headings only. If content doesn't fit, we can put under appropriate existing heading. We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". So we need to ensure each section has substantive content. Let's extract: Summary: "Senior Social Workers (SSWs) are licensed or certified to independently practice social work at an advanced level. SSWs typically practice in major specialty treatment programs - responsible for clinical program development and ensuring effectiveness. SSWs are assigned to settings without social work supervision - such as CBOCs or satellite clinics - addressing special patient populations with highly complex health or mental health problems requiring expert-level psychosocial interventions." That's about the role. Responsibilities: Duties list: "Independently performs case finding functions and outreach - identifying and screening patients for psychosocial needs", "Must possess the knowledge and ability to independently implement treatment modalities - and provide counseling or psychotherapy for individuals - families - and groups", "Independently conducts psychosocial assessments", "Identifies high-risk patients and provides appropriate intervention case management services", "Independently diagnoses Veterans according to the latest version of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders or other recognized diagnostic manuals of mental disorders", "Develops treatment plans in collaboration with the Veteran and/or family and with the interdisciplinary treatment team", "Possesses the skills to offer psychosocial intervention and utilizes professional judgment in determining the method and techniques to be used", "Acts as a subject matter expert and liaison with community agencies", "Coordinates community-based services - including information and referral to or from other VA programs - government programs - and community agency programs", "Has knowledge and experience in the use of medical and mental health diagnoses - disabilities - and treatment procedures", "Identifies high-risk patients and provides appropriate intervention case management services" (duplicate). We'll deduplicate. Requirements: Basic Requirements: US Citizenship, English Language Proficiency, Education (Master's degree in Social Work from CSWE accredited school), Licensure (state license to independently practice social work at master's level), maybe also note about grandfathering, etc. Also Physical Requirements and Work Environment could be under Requirements? But we have separate headings not allowed; we could include them under Requirements as subpoints. Qualifications: Grade Determinations: Experience: at least two years post advanced practice clinical licensure, one year equivalent to GS-11 grade level, etc. Also KSAs: skill in range of specialized interventions, ability to incorporate complex multiple causation, knowledge in developing methods for measuring effectiveness, ability to provide specialized consultation, ability to expand clinical knowledge and write policies, licensure at advanced practice level, preferred experience: fully licensed, 5 years mental health experience. Skills: Could be the KSAs (skill in interventions, etc.) but we already have Qualifications. Maybe we can put KSAs under Skills. But we need to avoid duplication. Let's decide: Qualifications heading for education, licensure, basic requirements. Skills heading for KSAs (specialized interventions, etc.). Responsibilities for duties. Benefits for PTO, parental leave, childcare subsidy, retirement, insurance, telework not available (maybe note not available). Pay for competitive salary, above minimum rate. Schedule for work schedule. We must not include sections with placeholder like "commensurate with experience". Pay section: we have "Competitive salary and regular salary increases. When setting pay - a higher step rate of the appropriate grade may be determined after consideration of existing pay - higher or unique qualifications - or special needs of the VA (Above Minimum Rate of the Grade)." That's substantive. Schedule: "Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm/7:30am-4:00pm (subject to changed based on agency needs)". That's substantive. Benefits: Paid Time Off: 37-50 days of annual paid time off per year (13-26 days annual leave - 13 days sick leave - 11 paid Federal holidays per year). Selected applicants may qualify for credit toward annual leave accrual based on prior work experience or military service. Parental Leave: After 12 months of employment - up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave in connection with birth - adoption - or foster care placement of a child. Child Care Subsidy: After 60 days of employment - full time employees with total family income below $144,000 may be eligible for childcare subsidy up to 25% of total eligible childcare costs for eligible children up to monthly maximum of $416.66. Retirement: Traditional federal pension (5 years vesting) and federal 401K with up to 5% contributions by VA. Insurance: Federal health/vision/dental/term life/long-term care (many federal insurance programs can be carried into retirement). Telework: Not Available. Virtual: This is not a virtual position. EDPR Authorized: Former EDRP participants ineligible to apply for incentive... maybe not needed. Also "Contact the EDRP Coordinator for questions/assistance". Might be considered boilerplate? It's specific but maybe not needed. We'll include core benefits. We must not include duplicated lines. Also remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. The posting includes some lines like "VA Careers - Licensed Clinical Social Worker: https://youtube.com/embed/U_xC25QsN0w" maybe a link; we can drop as it's not substantive? It's a video link; maybe we can keep? It's not a duty. Probably drop as it's not required. We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences. Let's craft:
