Senior Social Media Manager
About the role
PandaDoc is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to join the Brand team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong point of view to social strategy, focusing on human storytelling and engagement.
Responsibilities
Own PandaDoc's social strategy, including content pillars, platform priorities, tone of voice, and alignment with GTM goals.
Plan and execute organic social content across channels including LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, X, and others, with a focus on LinkedIn for B2B reach.
Create and manage the influencer program, working with Paid Media on paid partnerships and developing organic influencer campaigns.
Support the EGC program, including ghostwriting for senior leaders and building LinkedIn content that feels human.
Own social listening and community engagement, actively participating in conversations about the brand and category.
Work with Paid Media to align organic and paid social efforts, ensuring they amplify each other.
Build and run a performance reporting cadence, sharing insights with leadership and the team.
Experiment systematically, testing formats, hooks, and timing, and documenting learnings.
Requirements
4–6 years of social media experience, preferably at a B2B SaaS company.
A clear perspective on what great organic social looks like, with examples and explanations of the thinking behind them.
Sharp LinkedIn instincts, understanding the algorithm and how to build a presence that resonates with business buyers.
Platform fluency across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, with a point of view on which platforms are worth our time and why.
Data fluency, pulling and interpreting numbers to present them in a useful way to stakeholders.
A proactive communication style, with partners knowing what social is doing for their campaigns without needing to ask.
Strong copywriting skills, making dry B2B topics interesting without being gimmicky.
Design and video capabilities, shooting, editing, and producing short-form video and graphics, and working within a brand system.
A productivity-first approach to AI, using it to move faster on the work behind the content, but ensuring the content feels genuinely human.
Experience building or managing executive content and influencer programs, including how to make both feel authentic.
Proficiency in Sprout Social, Asana, Figma, and video editing tools.

Annual salary range: $120,000–$140,000 OTE
