Senior Sitecore Engineer - Fully Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions within a Sitecore XP 10.4 environment.
• Support and enhance enterprise web applications built on .NET, C#, and backend API services.
• Develop modern front-end experiences utilizing React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, performance, and integration issues across the CMS platform.
• Partner with architects and technical leadership on the migration from Sitecore to Optimizely.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of API-first and cloud architectures.
• Build reusable components and services that can support both current and future-state platforms.
• Participate in application modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
• Mentor junior developers and promote development best practices across the team.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Sitecore XP 10.x, preferably 10.4.
• Extensive experience with C#, .NET, .NET Core, and REST API development.
• Experience with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience supporting and enhancing enterprise CMS-driven applications.
• Strong understanding of web application architecture, integrations, and content management systems.
• Experience working within Agile development environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Optimizely CMS.
• Experience leading or participating in CMS migration or replatforming initiatives.
• Experience with headless CMS architecture and API-first content delivery models.
• Experience with cloud platforms and modern application architectures.
• Familiarity with digital experience platforms (DXP) and content personalization strategies.
