Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor complex integration projects.

Manage day-to-day operations ensuring high availability and performance of infrastructure systems.

Develop and maintain technical documentation and support tools.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

Conduct regular reviews and audits of infrastructure operations to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.

Ensure adherence to security policies and standards.

Lead technical discussions and presentations to stakeholders.

Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors.

Requirements

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure management.

Experience with cloud platforms and virtualization technologies.

Strong understanding of network architecture and design principles.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.

Experience with DevOps practices and tools.

Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and data privacy laws.

Qualifications
