Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical trials and manage study protocols
• Collaborate with regulatory agencies and sponsors to ensure compliance
• Oversee data collection and analysis
• Develop and implement study timelines and budgets
• Communicate effectively with study participants and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., biology, medicine, pharmacy)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical research
• Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Experience with clinical trial software systems (e.g., EDC, CRF)
• Knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
