Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical trials and manage study protocols
- Collaborate with regulatory agencies and sponsors to ensure compliance
- Oversee data collection and analysis
- Develop and implement study timelines and budgets
- Communicate effectively with study participants and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., biology, medicine, pharmacy)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical research
- Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Experience with clinical trial software systems (e.g., EDC, CRF)
- Knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
