About the role

The Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Analyst / PF – Linguist, Senior will apply specialized experience and knowledge to develop reports, intelligence products, and analytic assessments to provide Special Operations Command Central (SOCCENT) the actionable intelligence and context needed to drive their mission.

As a Signals Analyst / PF – Linguist CATIII, Senior, you will support SOCCENT in the execution of SOF-specific target exploitation. You will use your linguistic skills as a driving force behind intelligence operations, fusing advanced Digital Network Intelligence (DNI), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), and Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) to generate actionable insights. This role involves data collection, analysis, coordination, and reporting, along with adaptive planning to address knowledge and capability gaps. You will help integrate, synchronize, and prioritize SIGINT missions, operations, activities, and actions to comply with Department of War guidance while focusing on achieving operational objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Apply experience with the characterization of complex target networks, use SIGINT database repositories, and analytic tools to interpret meaning and synthesize multiple datasets to answer established intelligence requirements.
  • Leverage experience with direction finding, geo-location equipment, and SIGINT Geolocation Analysis (SGA) to produce data in support of various intelligence reports.
  • Fuse SIGINT data with various intelligence disciplines for analytical reports.
  • Coordinate with collection managers and other analysts to recommend new analytic methods, technologies, and collection strategies.

Requirements

  • Current Department of War TS/SCI with CI/POLY clearance is required.
  • 12+ years of related SIGINT experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a field related to International Relations, Homeland Security, Intelligence Studies, Cybersecurity, or Information Technology.
  • US Citizenship is required.
  • 5 years of general experience in Area of Responsibility (AOR) or Special Operations Forces (SOF).
  • 3 years of specific experience either in AOR or specialized skills.
  • CENTCOM AOR operational experience in the past 5 years.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing and presenting intelligence briefings to senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated complex problem-solving knowledge and experience using relevant structured signals analytic techniques.
  • Completion of Military Service SIGINT Analysis Basic Course, Defense Language Institute (DLI), or IC equivalent.
  • Knowledge of USCENTCOM and DIA product lines.
  • SIGINT experience focused on the USCENTCOM AOR.
  • Deployment experience in the USCENTCOM AOR.
  • Gain and maintain access to NSA repositories, databases, tools, and capabilities (ability to show current/prior access).

Qualifications

  • Certifications: PMP, LSSG/BB, Network+, Security+, CEH, CCNA, or SANS Certifications (preferred).
  • DLPT Level 3 Persian/Farsi Linguist.

Schedule

  • 5 days per week onsite.
  • Shift work and weekends may be required during crisis or heightened AOR tensions.

Pay

The likely salary range for this position is $97,750 - $132,250. Salary will be set based on experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements.
