About the role

VaynerMedia is a global integrated creative and media agency within the VaynerX family. This position is responsible for creating impactful content across various media platforms, collaborating with teams, and mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Create content that engages consumers through high attention metrics.
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished final videos for various platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in social media video formats and editing techniques.
• Collaborate effectively with teammates and cross-functional departments on urgent projects.
• Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions, kickoffs, and team meetings.
• Mentor creators and other creatives on your team and across the agency.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of professional creative experience, with a passion for diverse media content.
• Proven experience as a video shooter/editor, ideally in advertising or digital media.
• Advanced knowledge of video production techniques, including lighting, framing, and audio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Exceptional content creation skills, able to execute from concept to final product.
• Self-starter with a proven track record of initiative and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Passionate about various creative outlets including video and motion design.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

Base salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 USD
