Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments with a focus on scalability, governance, and operational efficiency.
• Drive CMDB strategy and administration, including CI structure management, Discovery, Service Mapping, data governance, and CMDB health initiatives.
• Implement and enhance core ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management aligned to ITIL best practices.
• Design, develop, and support integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, and related integration technologies.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture teams to improve automation, service delivery, and operational visibility across the organization.
• Lead technical workshops, discovery sessions, solution design activities, and stakeholder presentations while translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow administrators, developers, and project teams while supporting enterprise transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience in enterprise environments
• Strong expertise with CMDB architecture, governance, Discovery, and Service Mapping
• Deep knowledge of ITSM processes and ITIL frameworks
• Proven experience implementing and supporting Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management processes
• Strong experience developing enterprise integrations within the ServiceNow platform
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, and web services
• Hands-on scripting and development experience with JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Flow Designer, Script Includes, and UI Policies
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with platforms such as Azure, AWS, SAP, Oracle, Jira, or similar enterprise technologies
• Strong understanding of infrastructure operations, cloud environments, and enterprise service delivery
• Experience leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations and digital transformation initiatives
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills
• Experience working within Agile and Scrum delivery environments
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred
• ITIL v4 Certification preferred
• Consulting or client-facing experience preferred
• Experience supporting regulated industries such as healthcare, financial services, or government preferred
