Senior ServiceNow Engineer
About the role
The Opportunity The Senior ServiceNow Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, maintaining data model standards, and designing & implementing integrations between Salesforce, ServiceNow, Data Warehouse, and other third party applications. This position will work to design, implement, and deploy solutions and enhancements to existing and new components. You will need to have broad understanding across the platform including ITSM, CSM, ITBM, ITOM, and ITIL processes.

Responsibilities
- Development: Design, develop, and implement complex ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and best practices.
- Customization: Create custom applications, integrations, and workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
- Problem Solving: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.
