This is a hands-on senior development role for someone who can independently tackle complex technical challenges while also providing guidance to other developers and contributing to broader technical decisions.

- Ensure solutions meet performance, security, maintainability, and configuration standards within classified environments.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct technical and code reviews, and provide guidance on ServiceNow development standards and best practices.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve platform performance, usability, and maintainability through thoughtful development and innovation.
- Make informed technical decisions and recommendations, identifying tradeoffs and helping shape solution design for complex platform requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform, integration, and performance issues, serving as an escalation point for challenging technical problems.
