Senior ServiceNow Developer - Systems and Analytics - Department of Human Resources

Role Overview: The Senior ServiceNow Platform Developer specializes in HRSD workflows and Employee Journey Management, focusing on configuring, customizing, and implementing enhancements within the ServiceNow HRSD platform to streamline citywide HR processes and improve employee experiences. Key Responsibilities Configure, maintain, and enhance applications such as HR Case management, Employee Document Management, and Employee Journeys.Lead development of HR services, templates, and workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.Design UI components, workspace configurations, and implement role-based access controls.Develop Business Rules, Scripts, UI Policies, and automate platform processes in alignment with HRSD needs.Support testing, incident resolution, platform upgrades, and data migration activities.Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, ensuring data security and compliance. Qualifications & Skills Associate degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.Minimum of 3 years of experience with system analysis, configuration, and maintenance; 5+ years of ServiceNow experience preferred.Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and advanced knowledge of HRSD modules, including Enterprise plugins.Experience with integrations, APIs, ETL processes, and handling sensitive data.Advanced certifications such as CIS-HR, ArchX, or CMA are desirable.
