Senior ServiceNow Developer

We're working with a leading government contractor dedicated to delivering innovative technology solutions to federal agencies, supporting critical national initiatives. They are looking for a skilled professional to join their dynamic team. The Role Design, build, and deploy a bi-directional integration between ServiceNow and Jira. Develop, maintain, and expand custom-developed ServiceNow applications utilizing the Now Platform. Develop front and back-end components, interconnecting ServiceNow functions into legacy systems. Rapidly deliver both lightweight back-end services and front-end public-facing web stack. Diagnose and troubleshoot production application issues. Work with Product Owners and Scrum Teams in requirements decomposition and backlog refinement. What You'll Need Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific/technical discipline, or equivalent work experience (15+ years; 10 years additional relevant experience may substitute for education). 5+ years of development experience, with at least 2+ years specifically in ServiceNow and the Now Platform (ITSM, App Engine, Integration Hub). ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification and hands-on experience building custom applications. Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, webhook frameworks, authentication models, and cross-platform data mapping. Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance.
