About the role
BAE Systems, a top-ten prime contractor to the U.S. Department of Defense, enables the U.S. government to transform data into intelligence and provides engineering, integration and sustainment support for critical military platforms and systems. Intelligence & Security provides services and products to the Department of Defense, the government, federal law enforcement officials, and troops deployed around the world.
Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, and maintain CMDB integrations and ServiceNow discovery schedules in coordination with service providers to improve the quality of the CMDB in support of ZTA goals.
- Populate ZTA relevant attributes on Configuration Items (CIs).
- Work with other CMDB stakeholders to ensure data integrity.
- Create and schedule necessary discovery jobs.
- Maintain and update integrations, as needed, to accommodate data source changes.
- Support ZTA tasks by providing Customer management required information to support basic and intermediate evolutions.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 years relevant work experience and a Bachelors or Masters degree.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow Development Platform including, but not limited to, CMDB, Asset Management, Change Management, Integration Hub, and Custom Development.
- Ability to Customize and configure ServiceNow application and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules.
- Ability to Configure Application UI and Configure Workflow to include integration and discovery in support of ZTA efforts.
- Capable of building integrations utilizing REST/SOAP web services, JDBC/SQL.
- Understanding of JSON and XML data formats.
- Experience working as part of an Agile team utilizing JIRA to demonstrate completed work within sprints.

Pay
Full-Time Salary Range: $132962 - $226035
