Senior Service Line Administrator

Position Summary

Cook up department workflows, projects, and administrative functions to ensure timelines, deliverables, and priorities are met. Support the partners and directors with scheduling, reporting, client service, and tracking of key initiatives such as process improvement, technology adoption, and resource planning. Maintain accurate and organized records, department documentation, and data within internal systems. Collaborate with leadership, tax teams and administrative team to streamline cross-departmental communication and resolve operational challenges quickly. Facilitate onboarding and training logistics for new hires and helping ensure employees have the tools and resources they need to succeed. Contribute to the firm’s culture by helping plan team meetings, events, and communications that strengthen connection and engagement. Identify opportunities to improve workflows and administrative processes and provide recommendations to service line leadership. Provide support to Service Line Administrators and administrative team members, sharing best practices and helping ensure consistent execution of processes.

Background Experience

Experience in operations, project coordination, or administrative roles — preferably within professional services such as accounting, legal, or consulting. Strong attention to detail and a talent for keeping multiple projects moving simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort learning new software or workflow tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to collaborate across levels and departments. A proactive mindset — you anticipate needs, solve problems before they escalate, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly.
