Senior Security Specialist

About the role

Responsible for ensuring the security of company assets and data. Conducts security assessments, implements security protocols, and responds to security incidents.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments
• Implement and maintain security policies and procedures
• Respond to security incidents and breaches
• Train employees on security best practices
• Stay updated on emerging threats and technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in information security
• CISSP certification preferred

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with security tools and technologies

Skills

• Knowledge of network security, cryptography, and malware analysis
• Experience with incident response and forensics
• Proficiency in cybersecurity tools such as SIEM, vulnerability scanners, and penetration testing tools
