Senior Security Research Engineer

This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Lead advanced Global Vulnerability Management workstreams, focusing on Threat Exposure Management improvements
• Translate annual TEM goals into actionable delivery plans and monitor progress for improving outcomes
• Conduct hands-on vulnerability research and validate security conditions to eliminate false positives
• Enhance vulnerability discovery across diverse technology environments including networks and cloud
• Partner with Information Security teams to clarify roles and ensure effective remediation execution

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in information security or related fields with focus on vulnerability management and exposure management
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related discipline
• Proven track record of leading complex technical workstreams and achieving measurable objectives across teams without direct authority
• Hands-on experience in vulnerability research, technical analysis, and security validation across various technology domains
• Proficiency with scripting and programming to enhance security analysis, using languages like Python or Bash

Pay

$175,500 – $263,300 annually
