Minimum Requirements
Education: Secondary Education in any related fields.
Work Experience: At least 7 years of relevant work experience in Security, Security Environment, Security Operations, Police Services, Military Services, Risk Management, Emergency Response, Physical Security, Incident Management, Security Coordination, Humanitarian Security.
Skills: Strong experience in Security Planning, Security Operations, Security Networking, Risk Assessment, Emergency Response, and Capacity Building is required.
Language Requirements
- Fluency in English and Arabic are required.
Desirables
- Knowledge of another official UN language (Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish) or a local language
- Knowledge of UN Security Experience, Security Risk Management, Physical Security, Emergency Preparedness, Incident Response, and Civil-Military Coordination will be considered an asset
- Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts.
