About the role

We are seeking a Senior Paralegal (Securities) in our Broomfield, CO or Brooklyn Park, MN Location. This is a paralegal role within the Legal & Compliance Operations team, focused on securities compliance, corporate governance, and entity management. The role will support Quantinuum's Company Secretary/Head of Corporate Governance across the full range of securities and governance workstreams, including SEC filings, securities exchange compliance, board and committee support, subsidiary management, and entity governance across the US, UK, Germany, Japan, Singapore and the Middle East.
