Role Summary

You will ensure the delivery of high-quality software products by designing and executing test strategies across web and mobile applications. This role combines manual and automated testing, defect analysis, and collaboration across the SDLC to improve product reliability and user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design, author, and execute test plans and test cases for software applications.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and related frameworks.
  • Reproduce reported issues and document clear, detailed reproduction steps.
  • Identify, track, and resolve defects throughout the software lifecycle.
  • Analyze application logs and data to diagnose issues and root causes.
  • Validate new vendor software integrations and ensure compatibility.
  • Perform web and mobile application testing across multiple environments.
  • Collaborate with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure quality standards.
  • Review and prioritize incoming issues, balancing multiple testing demands.
  • Support release coordination and ensure readiness for production deployments.
  • Report QA metrics, risks, and results to stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to QA best practices and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

  • Must-haves:
    • 4+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
    • Experience with test methodologies and QA best practices.
    • Hands-on experience with Selenium and test automation frameworks.
    • Experience testing web and mobile applications.
    • Experience working in Agile or fast-paced iterative environments.
    • Familiarity with Azure DevOps for test management and tracking.
    • Basic programming knowledge (C#, .NET Core or similar).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
    • Able to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Nice-to-haves (optional):
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
    • Experience with advanced automation frameworks or CI/CD integration.
    • Experience with API testing and service-layer validation.
    • Exposure to performance or load testing tools.
