We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description paragraphs. We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. We have content for responsibilities (the role description). We have basic qualifications and additional qualifications (these could be Requirements/Qualifications/Skills). We have compensation (Pay) with salary range. No explicit Benefits or Schedule beyond remote with travel 10-20% CONUS travel (that's schedule? maybe schedule includes remote and travel). We can include Schedule section if we have info: remote position with approx 10-20% CONUS travel. That's schedule info. Benefits: not mentioned besides compensation package generic but no specific benefits listed. The posting mentions "competitive compensation package" but not specific benefits; we should not create Benefits section unless specific content. So omit Benefits. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent. Use

for prose,

  • for lists. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. No Job ID. We need to remove boilerplate like EEO statement, application instructions, etc. Also remove "Read more here: www.intertwineassociates.com". Also remove "Explore What Happens When Ideas Intertwine At Intertwine Associates..." maybe that's intro fluff but it's substantive? It's basically marketing; but we should keep substantive info about the company? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. The intro paragraph about company mission is substantive? It's not required but could be considered part of "About the role"? Might be considered company overview. We could include it under About the role section. The heading About the role is for role description; but we could put company overview there. However we need to follow instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. The posting does have a paragraph about the company: "Explore What Happens When Ideas Intertwine At Intertwine Associates, we live by a simple promise: We show up ready to work. We partner with organizations across government, management, strategy, and technology to deliver operational efficiency and measurable impact. Our focus is on practical solutions, tailored frameworks, and innovation that drives meaningful results. Join a team where expertise meets execution, and where your work truly matters." That's specific content about the company and role. So we can put that under About the role. Responsibilities: the bullet-like paragraphs describing duties. We'll convert to
    • . Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: we have Basic Qualifications and Additional Qualifications. Could combine into Requirements and Qualifications sections. But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps we can have one "Requirements" section that includes both basic and additional qualifications as lists. Or separate Qualifications and Skills. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we have About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications (combining basic and additional), Pay, Schedule. That's five sections. We need to use

for each section heading. Inside each section, we can have

      for prose and

      • for lists. We must not repeat job title as heading. No markdown. Let's craft. About the role: include the company overview paragraph(s). Could be two paragraphs: first "Explore What Happens When Ideas Intertwine..." second "Key Role Work in a dynamic..." Actually "Key Role Work in a dynamic..." is more responsibilities. So maybe split: About the role includes the first paragraph about company mission. Then Responsibilities includes the rest starting from "Key Role Work in a dynamic...". We'll follow that. Responsibilities: list each duty as
      • . We need to capture all duties: collaborate with government program managers..., shape bold research initiatives; support development, funding, management of new/existing R&D programs; help clients accelerate better outcomes... Provide direct technical support to R&D performer teams, program managers, stakeholders across innovation ecosystem. Bring deep technical expertise... apply to emerging technologies... Provide technical and strategic support across areas such as genetic circuit... Conduct landscape analyses and technical diligence... advise on scientific plausibility... Assess the path to impact alongside the science: scale-up... Review and assess technical proposals... Provide feedback, organize reviewer comments, and draft recommendations... Help identify subject-matter experts... Assist in program management functions... Maintain awareness of relevant scientific, regulatory, biosecurity, and market developments. Strong client or customer engagement is required... You will interface directly... expected to represent Intertwine Associates and the client with professionalism... This is a remote position with approximately 10-20% CONUS travel. Assignments are matched to client needs and to each candidate's expertise and eligibility. We could keep the remote travel sentence in Schedule section instead. But it's part of responsibilities? It's about work arrangement. We'll put in Schedule. Thus Responsibilities list ends before that sentence. Qualifications: combine Basic Qualifications and Additional Qualifications into a list. Could separate into two sublists but still under Qualifications heading. We need to preserve all specifics: PhD in synthetic biology... or equivalent advanced research experience. Demonstrated subject-matter expertise in one or more of: list. Demonstrated ability to critically evaluate technical data... Experience synthesizing complex scientific information into concise written and visual products for decision support. Experience supporting complex R&D efforts involving academic, clinical, and/or industrial stakeholders. Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both internally and externally with members of the public. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, and to prioritize work. Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive. Strong work ethic and a passion for scientific discovery and its real-world impact. U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency may be required per contract. Ability to obtain a federal government Public Trust or security clearance where the assignment requires one. Additional Qualifications: Industry experience translating an engineered biology platform toward the clinic, the field, or manufacturing scale. Experience with CMC, GMP, or regulatory interactions for biologics, cell or gene therapies, or engineered organisms. Familiarity with biosecurity, dual-use research, and responsible innovation frameworks. Experience with computational or AI-driven biological design and data-intensive biology. Experience supporting DARPA or related federal “ARPA” agencies (IARPA, ARPA-E, HSARPA, ARPA-H), or other federal R&D, health, defense, or science agencies. Science policy experience (for example, a AAAS Science & Technology Policy Fellowship or a comparable program). Two or more years of experience in federal, healthcare, or scientific consulting. We'll put these as
        • . Pay: section with salary range paragraph. Use

. Schedule: remote position with approx 10-20% CONUS travel. Also mention assignments matched to client needs etc? That's more responsibilities but we already used. We'll keep schedule: remote position with approx 10-20% CONUS travel. Also maybe mention that assignments are matched to client needs and to each candidate's expertise and eligibility - could be part of responsibilities but we already used. We'll keep schedule simple. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now produce HTML. Let's craft:
