About the role

Cydecor is seeking a Senior Requirements Analyst with a security clearance to join their team in Arlington, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed requirements documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives
• Conduct analysis to identify and resolve issues related to system requirements
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document user needs and expectations
• Ensure that all requirements are traceable and aligned with project scope

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in requirements analysis
• Security clearance required
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with systems engineering methodologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Expertise in software development lifecycle processes
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with requirement management tools such as ALM, RUP, or similar

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with project management tools like JIRA or Confluence
