Senior Scheduling Manager Data Center
Job Summary
Directs and manages Scheduling Department, ensuring consistent processes, reporting standards, and schedule integrity across all Mission Critical projects.
Serves as company's subject matter expert for scheduling best practices, critical path methodology, and planning strategy for electrical construction in the data center sector.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent field or trade experience also considered
- Minimum 10 or more years of construction scheduling experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing scheduling personnel or departments
- Extensive background in electrical construction and mission-critical/data center environments
- Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6; strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to manage scheduling efforts across multiple large-scale, fast-paced projects
- Deep understanding of construction sequencing, resource allocation, and risk management
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills with the ability to interface at all organizational levels
- Ability to travel as required
- Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
