What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Develop, monitor, and update the Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
- Establish the schedule management program for large-scale capital projects
- Interface with project stakeholders to provide guidance and recommendations
- Prepare baseline schedules and conduct resource loading and leveling
- Monitor schedule deviations and assist in developing corrective actions
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of applicable experience in construction project controls
- Direct experience working in a complex matrix environment
- Expertise in using Primavera P6
- Excellent communication skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in delivering construction project control services on large-scale projects
- Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology
- Prominent track record of managing stakeholder relationships effectively
- Proven ability to prepare and analyze schedule progress reports and trending charts
