Senior Scheduler (Data Center Construction)

Responsibilities
- Build project schedules encompassing full project scope, milestones, and timelines, using critical path method.
- Ensure clear responsibility and ownership for all project deliverables is defined via Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
- Negotiate and mediate timelines and project interdependencies between key partners for a great client outcome.
- Ensure schedule adheres to the project execution plan and, in particular, contracting, procurement, and project control strategy documents and plans.
- Provide regular updates on schedule progress.
Requirements
- Demonstrated quantitative risk assessment (QRA) experience and expertly interpret and communicate findings to key partners.
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused.
- Experience working on hyperscale Data Center projects or similar-scale projects.
- Degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline.
- Working experience using P6.
- Based in San Antonio or open to relocate to San Antonio.
This position is hybrid on the Data Center campus in San Antonio. All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
