Senior SCADA and Industrial Control System Engineer
WSP is seeking a Senior SCADA and Industrial Control System Engineer for our Meridian, ID office. Join our WSP USA Solutions Inc. Team and contribute to a growing organization that addresses client challenges and meets project objectives.
About the role
- Manage and document system requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives and stakeholder needs.
- Analyze system architectures and recommend improvements to optimize performance, reliability, and safety.
- Conduct system integrations and evaluate performance to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Assist in overseeing interface management and ensure compatibility between system components.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks that may impact project outcomes.
- Apply proven systems engineering methodologies to resolve technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
- Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources, and conduct, adhering to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering or equivalent.
- 7+ years of relevant post-education experience in an engineering discipline and prior systems engineering experience.
- Due to client requirements, US citizenship is required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US government Secret/Top Secret clearance.
- Engineer in Training Certification.

Preferred Qualifications
- Active US Government Secret/Top Secret Clearance.
