Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end integration solutions using SAP CPI and BTP Integration Suite.
- Develop and maintain integration flows (iFlows), APIs, and connectors for SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Lead integration efforts for SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, etc.).
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration performance and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with data security and governance standards.
- Document integration architecture, interface specifications, and support procedures.
- Stay current with SAP BTP updates and recommend enhancements.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP integration development.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP CPI and BTP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration, API Management).
- Proven experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with SAP ERP or third-party systems using OData, SOAP, and REST APIs.
- Proficiency in XML, XSLT, Groovy scripting, and JSON.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Pay
A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this role in the U.S. is $79,600.00 – $156,700.00.
