Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Utilities Field Service (FSM) implementations
• Design and configure SAP PM/CS, service orders, and work management processes
• Optimize utility field operations and mobile workforce workflows
• Facilitate workshops with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

• Significant, recent hands-on experience implementing SAP Field Service Management (FSM)
• Deep understanding of SAP PM/CS, service orders, work management, and utility field operations
• Experience with mobile workforce processes, dispatching, and technician workflows
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead workshops with diverse audiences
