Senior SAP Business Analyst - Manufacturing Operations

Skill Requirements

• Advanced data analysis capabilities, including strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, data modeling, large datasets)
• Experience with Smartsheet or similar tools for workflow tracking and process optimization preferred

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Accounting/Controlling, Information Systems, or related field
• 7+ years of hands-on SAP experience supporting manufacturing operations across multiple sites
• Strong functional expertise across:
• MRP and production planning
• Purchasing and procurement processes
• Sales & Distribution (order-to-cash)
• Master data management
• Product costing and variance analysis
• Integration of material movements with financial and controlling processes

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA preferred; ECC experience acceptable
• Proven experience serving as a central SAP resource supporting both operations and finance
• Demonstrated success supporting end users, resolving system issues, and driving process/system improvements
• Experience participating in system enhancements, implementations, and testing cycles

Education
