Senior SAP BTP Platform Operations Engineer

Seamless Migration is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) started in 2021 with the purpose of enabling businesses and organizations through automation. Our goal is to help organizations discover, implement, and maintain solutions which evolve and mature with their ever-changing business needs. We believe in applying agile methodologies in all aspects of our business practices and use these methods to ensure effective results for our clients. Located in Herndon, VA. This is a hybrid position requiring on-site presence 3 days per week, with potential increase based on business needs. Must be a U.S. citizen holding only U.S. citizenship. Possible conversion to hire after 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational accountability for all BTP services across all landscapes within the FedRAMP-authorized landscape.
• Serve as the lead service owner for the entire BTP portfolio — the single point of accountability for service availability, integrity, performance, and compliance.
• Maintain a comprehensive, current understanding of all provisioned BTP services, subaccounts, directories, entitlements, and global account configurations.
• Define and enforce operational standards, configuration baselines, change control procedures, and governance policies aligned to federal security requirements.
